Amy moved to North Carolina in 1987 where she graduated from Broughton High School and then married the love of her life.  After retiring from 25 years working with a local Wake County municipality Amy started her real estate career because she loves helping people. During  her time in governmental work she worked alongside various departments, residents and the development community to ensure applications and processes were communicated, explained correctly, completed timely and efficiently.  Amy understands where to obtain information on any pending rezoning cases and permit processing for building a new home or just wanting to know what is happening in the local area. She understands that purchasing or selling a home can be both exciting and stressful. Amy takes time to listen to what the clients are looking for. As your realtor, Amy will work to ensure the process runs smoothly as possible with valuable communication and commitment to being available when you need her.  When not assisting clients Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, seven grandchildren, friends, playing golf, reading, sewing, hiking, and running.
