Brionne Evans is a North Carolina native who grew up in Wilmington and later moved to Raleigh to pursue her education at North Carolina State University. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Design Studies with a minor in Business Entrepreneurship, where she developed a strong foundation in both creative problem-solving and client-focused service.

Brionne brings a unique design-driven perspective to real estate and truly believes that thoughtful design is what transforms a house into a home. With a keen eye for aesthetics, functionality, and market trends, she enjoys helping a wide range of clients — from first-time buyers to seasoned homeowners and sellers — feel confident and supported throughout every step of the real estate process.

Serving both the Triangle and Wilmington areas, Brionne is passionate about guiding clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. She is known for her warm, approachable personality and her ability to make the experience both seamless and enjoyable.

Outside of real estate, Brionne enjoys traveling, exploring new cities with friends and family, and spending time with animals.
