Breckenridge: A Desirable Morrisville Neighborhood

Breckenridge is the largest existing community in Morrisville, NC with over 1100 homes including townhomes, ranch and single family homes. The community was started in 1999 by Pulte Homes and mostly complete by 2006. The community is praised by many for being a wonderful place to raise a family. Take a stroll through the neighborhood and you will see plenty of open spaces, tree lined streets, children playing, and flowering shrubs throughout.

Location

Breckenridge is adjacent to the Research Triangle Park (RTP) making it ideally suited to commuting to the numerous high-tech firms located in RTP. It is located just off Davis Drive in Morrisville close to the intersection of McCrimmon Parkway, within easy access to all major highways and RDU International Airport. It is also just a 20 minute drive to Raleigh, Durham or Chapel Hill, and just 10 minutes to the town of Cary.

Community

The community is made up of seven separate subdivisions in which include the Lakes, Legends, Manors, Park, Preserve, Terrace and Vistas.

The homes in Breckenridge are mostly two story with high ceilings, 2-car garages, 4 bedrooms, 2/12 baths, family room, dining room, 2nd floor utility rooms with W/D and large walk in closets. Many also offer beautiful master suites with huge walk-in wardrobes and master bathrooms with soaking tubs and separate shower area.
