222 Glenwood is located in the Glenwood South section of downtown. This building was completed in 2008 and has 117 units. 510 Glenwood was one of the first downtown condo complexes and is located in the Glenwood South section of downtown. Bishops Park/Parkridge Lane/Reserve @ Bishop Park/Washington Square: These condos are embedded in Fred Fletcher Park just North of Glenwood South beyond the intersection of Glenwood & Peace St. These buildings were built mainly in the late 1980’s and have lower price ranges, from the mid $150’s to almost $400k. While they are older, many have been renovated. Some of the perks of living here, besides the relatively lower prices in comparison to newer buildings, is that they are a short walk to Cameron Village and Glenwood South; plus the proximity to Fred Fletcher Park. Blount Street Commons sits on the edge of Oakwood’s Historic Neighborhood and is in walking distance to downtown proper, as well as Mordecai, 18 Seaboard and Peace College. These were predominately built since 2014 and have price ranges from the high $200’s to almost $500k. Cameron Village Condos offer one of the most affordable places to own near downtown and the popular Cameron Village area.
